PLEASE NOTE: We offer a counselling service to people affected by cancer and are unable to provide medical information or advice. If you have a medical enquiry or want further information on throat cancer please contact either Cancerbackup on Freephone 0808 800 1234, Cancer Help UK on 0808 800 4040 or the Mouth Cancer Foundation on 01924 950 950.

How we can help

If you or someone close to you has been diagnosed with throat cancer and you are finding it difficult to cope with the impact of the disease, you may find it helpful to talk to a specialist cancer counsellor about your fears and hopes.

The Cancer Counselling Trust provides a series of free, confidential sessions, both face to face and over the phone. You do not need a doctor’s referral and we try to keep waiting times to a minimum.
